Senior Project Manager/Vice President
Mr. Maloney is the Senior Project Manager and Vice President for the Big Bend office. He has experience since the mid 1980s in engineering design, construction and project management for a variety of civil, sanitary and environmental specialties.
He has been designer for projects with emphasis in the design of utility systems, roadway and intersection design. He has been the Project Manager for projects that have rerouted sanitary sewers, re-routed water utility service and has designed regional water detention systems, facilities and lift stations. He has extensive experience with the preparation of bid documents, contractor relations and construction management and inspection.
