Senior Engineer/Vice President
Mr. Lynch is the Senior Engineer working out of the Big Bend office and is responsible for a full range of projects, including design review and analysis, client relations, construction documents and construction engineering.
His experience goes back to the 1990s with a broad range in municipal/civil engineering which includes facility planning, design, specification preparation, bidding and contract administration of sanitary sewer, water main force main and road reconstruction projects. Mr. Lynch also has experience in storm water management plans, erosion control plans, engineering studies, cost estimates and implementation of various public works projects. He has been responsible for the review of subdivision and commercial development plans.
